ITALIAN LANGUAGE COURSES AT THE L'ACANTO SCHOOL (PUGLIA)

Our Italian lessons are as follows:

-Either 10 or 20 hours of tuition a week (2 or 4 hours per day) FEES.
-No more than 6 students per class.
-One to one sessions on request.
-Minimum length of course 1 week (Monday to Friday).
-For courses over 4 weeks, a reduced price is offered for extra week.
-The School's office is delighted to discuss and arrange your personalised timetable.
-Upon completion of your course you will receive a certificate of proof of attendance with details of the level you have reached.

ITALIAN IMPROVERS COURSE

4 hours a week course

A tailored course for 4 hours a week (2x2 hour sessions with flexible hours to fit around you) to improve your Italian. Focusing on improving your grammar, building confidence in conversation and targeting problems you have with the language, the course grows with you as your knowledge increases. In the class there will be no more than two students attending.

FIRST DAY ITINERARY

Enrolment fees are due on arrival at School's office. All students undertake a placement test, with the aim of providing the school with the information to correctly determine the student's level of language ability.

Following this short administrative housekeeping, we offer all students a familiarisation tour of Mesagne in order to get a feel for the local history and the wonderful facilities of this ancient and fascinating town.
We end this guided tour with a welcome aperitivo and give you the opportunity to meet fellow students, school staff and start relaxing into your new Italian way of life in the magic beauty of Puglia.

On arrival all students are invited for a family meal at their teacher's home. We hope the friendly atmosphere and good food which greets you in Mesagne helps to make you feel welcome and relaxed for the rest of your stay.

ITALIAN LESSONS

Timetable: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Afternoons and weekends are free to enjoy this stunning region. Take advantage of the wide range of information and optional tours provided by the School!

If you would like to take an organised tour or visit to a local place of interest, the school has a selection of itineraries and prices - a member of the lovely l'Acanto staff will be happy to accompany you as your guide.

In the event that there is only one student at a given level, then the student will receive 3 hours tuition per day on a one to one basis, instead of the usual 4 hour group course.
